In October 2026, I participated in an episode of Sobre (vivir) a la crianza, a podcast by El Periódico, to discuss maternity and paternity leave in Spain and their implications for families and gender equality.
Drawing on my research, we explored the role of parental leave policies in shaping the division of childcare responsibilities, fathers’ involvement in parenting, and gender inequalities in the labor market.
